Pour Some Water on Me!
This is how it goes. We grind your coffee to precise medium rocky grind and measure out 32 grams of that black gold.
Then we pour a small amount water heated to a precise 205 degrees (just off the boil) on the coffee, just enough to wet down the grounds to get it to bloom.
20-25 seconds later, we finish pouring our water on the grounds to get all that good stuff in the cup below.
